Elizabeth Mudore, age 88, of Alliance, died at 3:25 p.m. Saturday April 7, 2007 at Roselawn Terrance of Alliance.
She was born in Akron, June 20, 1918, to Pete and Anna (Mirron) Nutial and lived in the Alliance & Westville area most of her life.
She attended Alliance High School and was former owner and operator of Mudore's Dariette in Sebring and was a member of St. Theodore's Romanian Catholic Church.
She is survived by sons, Larry C. (Diana) Mudore of Alliance, Thomas P. Mudore of Orlando, Fl. two grandsons, Todd Mudore of Las Vegas, Nv. and Scott Mudore of Orlando Fl., three brothers, George Nutial, Bill (Mary) Nutial, Charles (Pat) Nutial, all of Alliance, two sisters, Mary Jane Gampo of Alliance, Virginia (Nutial) Pentilescu of Ocoee, Fl. and two great-grandsons, Nathan & Tyler Mudore of Las Vegas, Nv. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Mudore whom she married March 9, 1939 and whom died in 1989, three infant sisters and one sister Pauline Domencetti and daughter-in-law Sharron Mudore.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Father Gregory Duma officiating. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Theodore's Romanian Catholic Church, 820 S. Linden Ave., Alliance, Ohio 44601.
