Erma V. Hull age 84, of Louisville, formerly of Alliance, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2012, at Aultman Hospital.
She was born February 2, 1928, in Columbiana County, the daughter of the late Owen F. and Pearl S. (Stroup) Albright.
A graduate of Alliance High School, Erma retired from Alliance Manufacturing Company and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary for more than 50 years. She was also part of the Order of the Eastern Stars.
Erma loved ballroom dancing, bowling, working crossword puzzles and being outside in her beautiful yard amongst her flowers and the birds.
She was dearly loved by her six children; ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Survivors include children, Ruth Ann (James) Meyer of Canton, Betty (Larry) Callahan of Kernersville, NC, Susan (Duane) Oyster of Beloit, Marie (Paul) Green of Louisville, David (Pamela) Hull of Westerville and Dale (Beth) Hull of Brook Park; grandchildren, Tiffany Scott, Eric (Heather) Moser, Kimberly (Mike) Kennedy, Daniel (Cindy) Hull, Adam Hull, Matthew Hull, Stephanie Hull, Grant Hull, Rachel Green, and Claire Hull; two great-grandchildren, Brandon Kennedy and Ethan Kennedy; sister, Mary Heim of Salem; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her late husbands, Floyd Hull Jr. in 1992 and Bruce Hammer; brother, Forrest Albright; sister, Nellie Wise; and half-sister, Irene Miller.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Ronald W. Waters of the First Brethren Church officiating. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Interment will be at North Georgetown Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the donor's choice of charity.
