Ethel M. Walker Eagleson

Ethel Marie Walker Eagleson, age 96, of Sebring, passed away at 4:10 a.m., Thursday, April 16, 2015, at Crandall Medical Center
She was born September 13, 1918, in Orrville, Ohio, to Serephene Myers and Frances (Merreot) Myers Bonewit.
Ethel had been employed as a custodian at West Branch High School until her retirement in 1983. She was a former member of the Mile Branch Grange.
Survivors include her daughters, Joyce Onufer of Nebraska, Monna Hartong of N. Canton and Donna Dermotta of Salem; son, Lee R. Walker of Marblehead; sister, Betty Kinsey of Niles; brother, Richard Myers of N. Lawrence; three stepdaughters, Karen Wickliff of Columbus, Laura Randall of Hartville and Susan Eagleson of Brady Lake; thirteen grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Wilbur Walker who died January 1980, second husband, James Eagleson, who died April 2013; daughter, Darlene Clapper; sisters, Ruth Steiner and Helen McFarren; stepson, Michael Eagleson; and a grandson, Rick Clapper.
Services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, April 20, 2015, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Chaplain David Parry officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., prior to the service. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Valley 5190 Market St., Boardman, OH 44512.
