Ethel Jane Egli

Ethel Jane Egli, age 95, formerly of Alliance, died at her home in Columbus, surrounded by her family on Friday January 2, 2015.
She was born April 10, 1919 in Alliance, Ohio to Clark and Helen (Mathis) Graham.
Mrs. Egli worked as an LPN at Roker Nursing Home and Roselawn, and was a member of the Methodist Church.
In her youth she enjoyed bowling with her husband, reading and later in life, watching golf on television; but her greatest love was her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She will be loved and missed by her family including daughters, Donna Lane of Columbus, Barb Candusso of Hilliard, son Jim (Becky) Egli of Alliance; seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and sister, June L. Luca.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Donald Alvin Egli, whom she married December 17, 1941, and who died July 18, 2014, sister, Violet and brother, Richard.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m.
Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with her grandson, Pastor Dany M. Candusso officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
