Faye L. Tucker

Faye L. (Grigsby) Tucker, age 92, of Alliance, passed away at 2:50 p.m. Friday, February 5, 2016 at Community Care Center.
She was born June 21, 1923, in Athens Ohio, to Harry and Ada (Carsey) Grigsby.
A graduate of Jacksonville-Trimble High School, Faye enjoyed taking care of her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was an exceptional baker and an excellent cook. If you weren't feeling well, you may have received one of Faye's get well cards.
Survivors include her children, Pamela (Richard) DeMuth of Sebring and Raymond L. Tucker of Alliance; grandchildren, Mark (Carolyn) Tucker, Jason Tucker and Amanda Metts; great grandchildren, Allison (Nate) Morrison, Adam, Izabella and Olivia Tucker, Jackson Metts, Harrison and Madison Moll and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond Tucker, whom she married September 14, 1946 and who passed away August 3, 1996; grandson, Raymond 'Rusty' Tucker; daughter-in-law, Cathy Tucker; and siblings, twins, Eileen and Irene Grigsby, Mary Jo Kulakowski, Ruth Ann Rainey, David Grigsby and Opal Kennard.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 10, 2016, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Hayward of Lexington United Methodist Church and Pastor Bobby Williams of Feed My Sheep ministries co-officiating. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
