Flora Ann (Miller) Sayers

Flora Ann Sayers, age 90, of Alliance, passed away Thursday June 11, 2020 at Community Care Center in Alliance.

She was born December 24, 1929, the daughter of Forrest and Stella (Tarr) Miller.

Flora graduated from Atwater High School, H.E. Mullins School of Practical Nursing, and retired from Robertson Memorial Hospital, in Ravenna.

She was a member of Atwater Congregational Church.

Flora served for more than 25 years on the Atwater Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.  She enjoyed quilting and made many beautiful quilts over the years.

Survived by her daughters, Diana (Renan) Palma of Limaville, Brenda (Andy) Vesa of Atwater; grandchildren. Desarae Kleckner, of Twinsburg, Joshua Cutting of Lincoln, NE, and Trevor Ramsey of Atwater; three great-grandchildren, Zade and Harlie Kleckner and Brogan Ramsey; sister, Betty Schneider of Alliance; and several nieces and nephews

She is preceded in death by her parents; and brothers Eugene Miller and Richard Miller.

A private family graveside service will be held at Atwater Cemetery with Pastor Rich Hall officiating.
