Freda Roudebush

Freda S. Roudebush age 80 of Alliance died at 9:27 a.m. June 23, 2003 at Alliance Community Hospital.
Mrs. Roudebush was born March 15, 1923 in Alliance to Carl M. and Charlotte (Denndorfer) Siegmund.
A 1940 graduate of Alliance High School, Mrs. Roudebush attended Alliance Business College. She was employed at Transue and Williams, as an Executive Secretary to the President, retiring in 1991, after 26 years of employment.
She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church for over 50 years. She was also a member of the Alliance Historical Society, Rodman Library, Y.W.C.A., Alliance Women's Club, and Y.M.C.A. She enjoyed bike riding and knitting.
She is survived by two daughters Dawn Wasser of Scottsdale Arizona, and Rebecca Holberg of Chesapeake, Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Donald O. Roudebush, whom she married July 3, 1948, and who died in June 1983, and one sister Alvine Snyder.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday June 27, 2003 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home, with Rev. David Kowaleski officiating.
