Gary Wayne Weimer, age 54 of Alliance, died at 3:40 a.m. March 3, 2005 at Aultman Hospital after a sudden illness.
He was born Dec. 22, 1950 in Alliance, Ohio to Donald E. and Connie (Toyoko Ono) Weimer.
He graduated from Alliance High School and attended Kent State University.
Mr. Weimer attended Alliance Baptist Temple and was member of the American Legion.
Mr. Weimer was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Lee (VanDervoort) Weimer of Pennsylvania, daughter, Christine (Gene) Belak, of Canton, grandson, Nicholas Caden Belak, beautiful twin daughters, Cyerra Toyoko and Juleea Ono Weimer of Pa., daughter Brittany Dawn VanDervoort of Pa., brother John (Marlene) Weimer of Alliance, sister, Donna (John) Cross of Alliance, several nieces and nephews as well as several great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Robert A. Weimer and one daughter, Asia Rain Weimer.
Services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Payne officiating. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Monday.
