George V. Wright, age 73, of Alliance, died Friday January 11, 2013 at Canterbury Villa.
He was born July 12, 1939 in Alliance, Ohio to Ralph and Ann (Bozdoc) Wright.
George attended Ohio State University before serving in the United States Air Force for four years.
He had worked as a draftsman, horsetrainer, furniture salesman, and had been employed by Walmart.
Survivors include sisters, JoAnn Folk of Louisville, and Pat Thoma of Alliance, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Ralph Wright Jr.
Private family services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to "Taylor Ann Degenhard Memorial Fund", 803 E. Gorgas St., Louisville, OH 44641.
