Gertrude E. Sanor

Gertrude E. Sanor, age 86 of Beloit, died at 4:40 p.m. Wednesday September 28, 2005 at Bel-Air Care Center.
She was born October 7, 1918 in Homeworth, Ohio to Albert and M. "Belle" Hoskinson Yennie at the family home.
Mrs. Sanor was employed as a secretary for Kenny Woods at Nationwide Insurance Office of North Georgetown, retiring in 1978. She also worked as a Janitor for the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in North Georgetown.
She was a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in North Georgetown.
Mrs. Sanor is survived by two daughters, Suzanne (John) Berger of Homeworth, and Naomi Sanor of Damascus; two sons, Warren L. (Judy) Sanor Jr. of North Canton, and William A. (Patty) Sanor of Sebring; ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren; one sister, Catherine Eglie of Homeworth; and one brother, Donald Yennie of Morehead City, North Carolina.
Mrs. Sanor was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Warren L. Sanor, whom she married Jan. 13, 1937, and who died April 14, 1970, and three sisters, Olive McClain, Esther Carter, and Ruth Ulbricht.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in North Georgetown with Pastor Walter Jordan officiating. Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. Sunday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Interment will be in North Georgetown Cemetery.
