Gizella M. (Beltrami) Biondi, age 90 of Alliance, died at 3:20 p.m. Monday February 14, 2005 at Alliance Community Hospital.
She was born April 24, 1914 in Alliance, Ohio to Louis A. Beltrami and Domenica (Campana) Beltrami and lived in Alliance since 1929.
She retired from Alliance Manufacturing after working as a winder.
Mrs. Biondi was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was also a member of the Dante Club, Alpine Trentino Club, Christopher Columbus Club, and the Alliance Post of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include three daughters, Jeanie Andrie of Alliance, Esther Penny of Ormond Beach, Florida, Anita Biondi of Sebring, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one sister, Erma Sarris, of Alliance, one brother, Louis Beltrami of Alliance, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Mario Biondi, who died Dec. 15, 1985, one daughter Ines Turick, one sister, Mary Garces, and three brothers Edward, Daniel, and Raymond Beltrami.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr. Donald Feicht officiating. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
