Glen E. Hoover, 82, Alliance, died June 5, 2007.
He was born May 1, 1925 in Alliance, a son of the late Clarence and Laura Hoover.
A life long resident of Alliance he was a World War II Navy veteran and a retired tool and die worker.
Surviving are his wife Mary Hoover; his brothers, Bill (Ruth) Hoover, Bob (Linda) Hoover, Virgil (Barbara) Hoover; his sons, Steve (Linda) Hoover, David (Paloma) Hoover, Michael (Diane) Hoover, Matt (Robin) Hoover; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call Friday, June 8, 7-9 p.m. at Cassaday Turkle Christian Funeral Home, Alliance, where services will be held Saturday, June 9 at 10 a.m. Military honors will be conducted at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Society (www.leukemia.org) in the name of Glen Hoover.
