Grace E. Stanley age 81 of Alliance died at Alliance Community Hospital at 3:15 a.m. Thursday October 30, 2003.
She was born in Alliance on September 29, 1922 to Roy and Elvina (Fryfogle) Smith.
Grace graduated from Alliance High School and attended Mount Union College. She was employed by the former R.D. Williams Office Supply and also was employed by the former Park Auto Theatre.
She attended the Silver Park Church of Christ.
She is survived by one brother Leonard "Dutch" Smith of Beloit, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her adoptive parents Melvin O. and Jenny Yeagley Stanley, four brothers Walter, Glen O., Melvin "Pete" and Ellis "Shorty" Smith.
Private services will be held at a later date.
