Grover L. Bigham

Grover L. Bigham, age 90, of Alliance, passed away at 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, September 8, 2015, at Bel-Air Care Center.
He was born February 7, 1925, in Rockbridge, Ohio, to Fredrick and Wreatha (Fox) Bigham.
Grover had been previously employed at Morgan Engineering for 38 years and a courier for Bank One for more than 7 years.
He was a member of First Friends Church since 1948. Grover enjoyed spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Jean (Manypenny) Bigham, whom he married March 28, 1948; children, Janice Scott of Alliance, Barbara (Thom) Richardson of Salem and Fred (Linda) Bigham of Sebring; his brother, Harold Bigham of California; five grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Homer, Russell, Ed and Jim Bigham; and sisters, Mabel Campbell and Rhea Leech.
Services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Sams officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
