H. John Snyder

H. John Snyder, age 70, of Alliance, passed away at 2:55 p.m., Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Marymont Hospital in Garfield Heights.
He was born February 13, 1947 in Alliance, Ohio to Homer and Pauline Snyder.
A graduate of West Branch High School, John received his degree in Engineering from Ohio University.
The former Safety Service Director for the City of Alliance, John also worked as an Engineer for many years at various locations.
A member of the N.R.A., John loved training and showing dogs.
Survivors include his wife Darlayne K. (Floyd) Snyder, step-son, Dana Zucchero; his beloved dogs, B.J. and Biscuit; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Betty Denny, Helen Mudrinich and Dorothy Brodzinski.
A private family service will be held, with interment at Highland Memorial Park.
