Hazel E. (Crowe) Davis, age 87, of Alliance, died at 8:10 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2015, at her home.
She was born October 30, 1927, in Alliance, Ohio, to Harry E. and Osie Pearl (Baxter) Jennings.
Hazel was formerly employed by the G.C. Murphy Co., Monarch Rubber Co. in Hartville, and later was a housekeeper.
She was a member of the Church of Anointment for 40 years and served as a greeter.
Hazel enjoyed making crafts, fishing and sharing time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Crowe Buehler of Alliance; son, William (Rick) Crowe of Alliance; grandson, Robert (Rose) Custar; four great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren, all of Alliance; step grandson, Brian (Jamie) Davis of Canton; and three step great-grandchildren.
Hazel was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, William Crowe, whom she married in 1946, second husband, Raymond Davis whom she married in 1982; one stepbrother; and three stepsisters.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, January 22, 2015, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Jason Bryant officiating. Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., prior to the service. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alliance Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice, 885 S. Sawburg RD. Suite 106, Alliance, OH 44601.
