Hazel L. LeMay, age 86 of Alliance, died at 12:09 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at Aultman Hospital.
She was born May 7, 1919 in Cambridge, Ohio to George Ross Johnson and Edith Clare (Bichard) Johnson and lived in Alliance since 1938.
Mrs. LeMay graduated from Sebring McKinley High School and worked as a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse.
She was a member of First Church of God, where she was the former Choir Director since 1955, formerly taught her Friendship Sunday school class, and served on the Communion Committee.
Survivors include two daughters, Carol J. Slusser of Alliance, and Margaret A. (Donald) Slusser of Alliance; two sons, Albert H. (Linda) LeMay of Noblesville, Ind., and Edwin E. (Joan) LeMay of Sebring; ten grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Earl E. LeMay, whom she married March 1, 1937, and who died in 1963; two granddaughters, Kimberly Kay and Leigh Ann LeMay; and two brothers, Paul and Roger.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the First Church of God with Pastor Larry Murphy officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
