Hazel Mae Pierce, age 67, of Louisville, Ohio, passed away at 11 a.m., October 11, 2010, at Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio.
She was born August 12, 1943, in Alliance, Ohio to Henry and Dorothy (Eels) Pierce and has resided in the Alliance vicinity all her life.
Ms. Pierce attended Alliance Public Schools.
Survivors include her sister, Ruth (Jack) Benander of Kansas; niece, Dorothy (Bill) Gibson of Wadmalaw Island, South Carolina and nephew, Derrick Damiani of Alliance.
Hazel was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Henry Pierce.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday October 15, 2010 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Pam Bruno officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Beechwood Cemetery.
