Helen Morgan

Helen D. Morgan, age 90, of Alliance, died at 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2005 at Aultman Hospital.
She was born March 24, 1915 in Canton, Ohio to John and Dorothy (Szazech) Szostak.
Mrs. Morgan was employed as a keypunch operator for Morgan Engineering, retiring in 1980. She was a member of Regina Coeli Catholic Church, Alliance Senior Citizens Center and enjoyed shopping.
Survivors include one son, Charles W. Morgan Jr., of Arizona, two grandchildren, Wendy Porter and Melissa Biggs; four great-grandchildren, two sisters, Wanda Chmel and Josephine Burnosky, and one brother Frank Szostak, all of Canton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles W. Morgan Sr., whom she married Nov. 30, 1940 and who died in 1982, one brother Michael Szostak, one sister Stephanie Karoglan, and one infant son.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Regina Coeli Catholic Church with Fr. Mike Seifert officiating. Friends may call from 10-10:30 a.m. at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
