Inice Ilda Yeager, age 90, of Naperville Il., formerly of Alliance, passed away at 4:30 a.m., Saturday, April 2, 2011, at Community Nursing and Rehab Center in Naperville, Illinois.
She was born October 15, 1920, in Byesville, Ohio, to Lawrence and Arthona (McCarthy) Craft. A 1938 graduate of Byesville High School and former member of the United Methodist Church in Alliance, she was employed by Sears and Roebuck Company for 25 years until her retirement in 1982.
Inice is survived by her two sons, C. Robert Jr. (Judi) Yeager of Naperville, Il. and M. Eugene (Barb) Yeager of Milton, Fla; two sisters, Glenna (Syl) Migal of Naples, Fla. and Yonna (Anthony) Zuppe of Alliance; five grandchildren, Robert, Greg, Doug Jennifer and Brian; and six great-grandchildren, Sydney, Madison, Jacob, Joshua, Allison and Sara.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Robert Yeager Sr., whom she married November 28, 1942; and her brother, Merle Poland.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 8, 2011, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Rev. Dave Hostetler officiating. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
