Irvin John “Butch” Herman, age 71, of Alliance, passed away Wednesday June 10th at his home.
He was born June 29th, 1948 to Irvin G. and Inez M. (Vinney) Herman in Western Port Maryland.
A high school graduate, Butch then went on to serve his country in the United States Army.
He was trained as a diesel mechanic. He enjoyed racing, fishing and spending time with his family poolside.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Tom Herman of Alliance; daughters, Marcy (Dan) Beadnell, Tammy Wilson both of Alliance; grandchildren, Matthew (Chelcie) Beadnell, Cody Herman, Danielle (Tyler) Marshall, and Allie Wilson; great- grandchildren, Payton, Isaiah, Fiona, and Amelia; and his boys, Marley and Ghost; and many nieces and nephews; .
Butch was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Jule (Barker) Herman; and three sisters.
Funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral home Friday June 12, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. Friends may call from 12-1:30 p.m. Interment will be held at Alliance City Cemetery.
