Jack W. Boyes

Jack W. Boyes, age 52, of Minerva, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center.
He was born June 15, 1963, in Ravenna, Ohio, to Thomas H. and Sandra L. (Trammel) Boyes.
Jack was employed as a truck driver for Frito Lay and was awarded as a Million Miler Injury/Accident Free.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia A. (Clem) Boyes whom he married October 20, 1990; mother, Sandra Boyes; children, Rachel, Wendy, Aaron and Molly, all of the home; sisters, Debbie (Steve) Kraska and Becky Boyes; brothers, Tom (Denise) Boyes, Steven Boyes and Roger (Tonya) Boyes; mother-in-law, Gayle Thompson; father-in-law, Dennis W. Clem Sr.; brother-in-law, Dennis W. (Jennifer) Clem Jr.; and numerous special nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
A Celebration of Jack's Life will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, February 13, 2016, at Easton Chapel UMC, 3906 Easton St. Canton Ohio. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, February 12, 2016, at the church.
To honor Jack's memory, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his family.
