Jack L. Elliott, age 68, of Alliance, died at his home Friday, February 29, 2008.
He was born May 29, 1939 in Pine Grove, West Virginia to Bert and Loncy (Booth) Elliott and has lived in Alliance since 1973.
Jack retired in 2001 after working at American Steel.
Survivors include his wife, Becky M. (Richmond) Elliott, who he married Sept. 23, 1958; children, Jackie Elliott, Allen Elliott, Steve (Kim) Elliott, Darryl (Charlene) Elliott, Robyn (Bobby) Crubaugh, and Ehrick (Brandy) Elliott, all of Alliance; Shawn (Brenda) Elliott of N. Carolina; and Teresa (Joe) Risbeck of Salem; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons, Gregory and Mark, three brothers and one sister.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Kimball of the Sebring Nazarene Church officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
Arrangements are by Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home, Alliance Ohio.
