Jack Ford Nutter

August 14, 1937 — December 21, 2007

Jack F. Nutter, age 70, of Alliance, died at 1:23 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, 2007 at Mercy Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 14, 1937 in Hammondsville, Ohio to William Thomas and Wilda Elizabeth (Davis) Nutter.
Jack attended the former Lexington School and later received his GED. He was employed by Transue and Williams Stamping Plant and worked in the Pickle House.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and life member of the DAV Chapter 50. Jack enjoyed music and going to watch plays at the Carousel Dinner Theatre.
A U.S. Air Force Veteran, Jack served in Korea as a fireman.
Survivors include two sisters, June C. Nutter and Lois J. Nutter, both of Alliance; three nieces, two nephews, and several great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Margaret Van Dyke, and three brothers, William, James and Chester.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr. Donald Feicht officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
Interment will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery.
