James Clair

James "Cheech" Clair, age 70, of Alliance, passed away at 7:32 p.m., Sunday, June 10, 2018, at Alliance Community Hospital.
He was born December 14, 1947, in Alliance Ohio, to Silvio and Betty (Reed) Clair.
Jim was a graduate of Sebring High School and Naval Electrician School. He retired as an electrical contractor.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
A member of North Canton Chapel Church and the Alpine Trentino Italian Club, he also enjoyed riding bicycles with his wife, woodworking and cooking.
Survivors include his wife, Marguerite "Margo" (Bosca) Clair, whom he married October 5 2007; children, Jennifer (Brian) Jacobs and Christopher Clair; and grandchildren, Courtney and Zachary.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jack Clair.
Services will be held at Noon Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be at Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery.
