Jassen Roosevelt Jones Jr., the infant son of Jassen R. and D.D. (Barker) Jones passed away at 2:40 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, 2007 at Alliance Community Hospital.
Survivors include his parents, Jassen and D.D. of Alliance; one sister, Nakeeta Jones of the home; maternal grandparents, Spencer (Fonda) Barker of North Benton; paternal grandmother, Connie Jones of Alliance; maternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth Salisbury of Alliance, maternal great-grandmother, Violet Barker of Alliance; Aunts, Monica Hawkins, Tenetia Jones, Deitrah Kelly, Elizabeth Barker, Maggie Barker, Aleisha Crawford; and Uncles, Spencer Barker Jr., Terry Barker, and Robert Kelly.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Highland Memorial Park Chapel with assistant Pastor Allen Lewis of the New Zion Baptist Church officiating. Interment to follow at Highland Memorial Park.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
