Jill Lynn Kennedy, age 52, of Alliance, passed away at her home on Monday, March 5, 2012.
She was born April 14, 1959, in Alliance, Ohio, to Gordon and Miriam Dregich.
A graduate of Alliance High School, Jill was a homemaker, who enjoyed spending time with her family. She also liked gardening, watching movies, house decorating, and playing with the family dog, Buddy.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur A. Kennedy, who stood by her side during her 20 year illness; daughter, Courtney C. Kennedy; parents; Miriam and Gordon Dregich; sisters, Joann (Dave) Ream, Dawn (John) Stauffenger, Kim (Ray) Muniz; brother, Gordy Dregich; six nephews; two nieces; and mother-in-law, Mamie Pearl Kennedy.
Jill was preceded in death by her grandmother, Isabel Whitaker; aunt, Francis Whitaker; and father-in-law, Palcal Pasco Kennedy.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 10, 2012, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Nick Holly officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
