JoAnne Galbreath

JoAnne Galbreath, age 82, of Sebring, passed away at 9:22 a.m., Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at Crandall Medical Center.
She was born April 7, 1935 in Alliance to Don and Ruth (Shreve) Phillips.
JoAnne was a graduate of Goshen High School and worked as a telephone operator in Damascus and then at Salem Hospital.
A member of Damascus Friends Church and the Damascus Garden Club, she enjoyed doing needlework, crafts and bird watching.
Survivors include her sisters, Carol (Ed) Allenbaugh and Norma (Lee) Mayer; and her nieces and nephews, Diane (Gary) Dimit, Curt (Chris) Allenbaugh, Michelle Appel, Jodi (Michael) Koronich and Scott (Christie) Mayer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Jesse Reed Galbreath who passed away May 12, 1993.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, January 8, 2018 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Private interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
