John G. Feess Jr., age 81, of Alliance, died at 1:50 p.m. Saturday July 8, 2006 at Aultman Hospital.
He was born October 22, 1924 in Superior, Nebraska to John George Feess Sr. and Bertha Leita (Beeman) Feess and had lived in Alliance since 1946.
Mr. Feess retired from Morgan Engineering as a Supervisor. He was a U.S. Marine Corp. veteran.
He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church.
John is survived by his sons Gary A. (Deborah) Feess of South Pasadena, CA and Jonathan "Wynn" (Kathy) Feess of Alliance; daughter Michelle K. (Larry ) Weis of Pataskala, Ohio; five grandchildren; brother Jim; sister Louise and loving companion Beverly Lewis.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Helen (Kiser) Feess whom he married April 13, 1946 and who passed away February 14, 1995; sisters Pat and Edith and brother Minor.
Services will be held at 11:00 a .m. Wednesday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Rev. David Hostetler officiating. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
