Jon L. Scott

Jon L. Scott, age 50, of Alliance, passed away at 10 a.m., Sunday, May 29, 2016, at The Cleveland Clinic.
He was born September 15, 1965, in Alliance, Ohio, to Rondal D. and Janice M. (Burson) Scott and was a graduate of Alliance High School.
Jon was a Machinist for HW Machine in Canton and enjoyed golfing.
Survivors include his parents of Alliance; wife, Lisa M. (Slaggy) Scott, whom he married April 16, 1988; sons, Matthew Jon Scott and Tyler Joseph Scott, both of Alliance; and daughter, Jenna Lynn Scott of the home.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Dan Scott.
Services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 4, 2016, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with his uncle, Bob Scott officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 3, 2016, at the funeral home. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
