Joseph J. Adams, age 51, of Alliance, was promoted to Glory at 3:45 p.m., Saturday, January 7, 2017, with his family by his side.
He was born November 3, 1965, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Jack and Madaline Adams Strong.
Joseph received his Associate Degree in Computer Science and Technology and his Bachelor Degree in Programming at Everest University graduating Magnum Cum Laude. He loved spending time with his family and was employed as a computer technician at Support.com. He was a longtime employee at Pizza Hut and a member of Maranatha Ministries.
He was dearly loved and will be severely missed by his wife, Tina M. Adams, whom he married September 25, 1993; children, Richard (Carrie) Wisse of Canton, Renee Dalheim of Alliance, Ben Carr of Waco, Texas, and John and Justin Adams of Cleveland; grandchildren, Lisa Hilton, Gavin Kulp, Joseph Kulp, Jon-Andrew Dalheim, Jasmine, Joseph and Carly Adams; siblings, Lisa Green, Leva Strong and Jessie Warfield; aunt, MaryLou Moore; many cousins; and niece and nephews, Eric and Kevin Hawkins and Heather and Nick Ashworth.
Joseph was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 14, 2017, at Alliance Christian Center, 670 W. Main St., Alliance, OH 44601.
