Joseph D. Waskivich died peacefully at his home, September 22, 2015, in Sebring, at the age of 65 surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Joe was born October 4, 1949, in Alliance, Ohio, to Edward J. and Rose L. (Ross) Waskivich.

He married Phyllis I. (Wilt) Waskivich, April 2, 1994. Over their 21 years of marriage, the couple lived in Vermillion and Sebring with their beloved dogs, Macks and Emma. His children remember him as being a loyal Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indian's fan. Joe also enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson whenever the weather was nice. He encouraged his family and friends to go to him for his wide range of valuable information as a jack-of-all-trades. He was a lifelong member of the American Legion, VFW and AMVETS.
