Joyce Dourm

Joyce D. Dourm, age 73, of Alliance, died at 12:35 a.m. Wednesday, November 18, 2009, at Aultman Hospital.
She was born August 1, 1936, in Alliance, to Leroy and Evelyn (Weaver) Dourm.
A 1955 graduate of Alliance High School, she was employed by the former G.C. Murphy Co. in Alliance and later babysat for various families.
She was a member of the Beechwood United Methodist Church and enjoyed reading, knitting and crocheting.
Survivors include her sisters, June Ramey of Canton and Bonnie Dourm of Alliance; brother, Marvin (Cathy) Dourm of Greenville, Indiana; several nieces and nephews; and other loving relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a niece, Victoria.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, November 20, 2009, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with the Rev. Timothy Muse officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
