Jule Herman, age 67, of Alliance, passed away at 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at her home.
She was born March 20, 1946, in Alliance, to William Soloman Barker and Inis (Marcella) Barker.
Jule was a graduate of Alliance Cosmetology School and owner and operator of Heads Up Styling Salon in Alliance for 10 years.
Survivors include her husband, Irvin J. "Butch" Herman of Alliance; two daughters, Marcy (Dan) Beadnell and Tammy (Matt) Wilson, both of Alliance; son, Thomas M. Herman of Alliance, two granddaughters, Danielle Beadnell and Allie Wilson, both of Alliance; two grandsons, Matthew Beadnell and Cody Herman, both of Alliance; six sisters, Rosie Becka, Darlene Clark, and Phyllis Hall, all of Alliance, Ruby Lippley of Randolph, and JoAnn and Billie Kisner, both of Atwater; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Barker, December 24, 1968 and Inis Barker, January 17, 1990; and a brother, Earl Barker, January 12, 2013.
Services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
