Kay Ellen Kingsley Meyers, age 58, of Zoar, died at 4:35 p.m. August 2, 2007 at Aultman Hospital.
Kay was born September 30, 1948 in Canton to Floyd Nyhus and Mary Helen (Heisser) Kingsley.
She was a graduate of Alliance High School and attended business college in Pittsburgh. Kay was a waitress at Cibos Restaurant in Waynesburg and worked in the deli at Beuhlers Grocery Store in Dover. She was a proud co-owner of "Preserving the Past" located in Zoar.
She was a member of Zoar United Church of Christ, Zoar Community Association, Zoar Garden Club and the Mayflower Society. Kay was known as an avid gardener and a person with a keen sense of humor.
Kay is survived by her daughter, Hannah Beth Meyers of Zoar; son, Nathan Kingsley Meyers of Cleveland; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Bonnie Kingsley of Paris and brother Tom Kingsley of Alliance. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Memorial Service will be held at Zoar United Church of Christ at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 8, 2007. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

The family extends thanks to the Aultman Hospice Staff, Dr. Kevin Dieter and Dr. Shruti Trehan.
