Keith J. Brendlinger, age 65, of Sebring, passed away at 3:37 a.m., Friday, March 18, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center.
He was born December 12, 1950, in Alliance, to Jack and Donna (Moore) Wilson.
Keith was a proud Vietnam veteran, serving in the U.S. Army and had just recently retired from AJ Oster Foils.
He enjoyed fishing, golfing, playing softball (baseball when he was younger) and spending time with his friends. A proud grandfather, he loved to watch his grandkids play sports and spend time with his family.
He is survived by his daughters, Jenny (John) Capretta and Jody Becher, both of Alliance; six grandchildren, Brittani, Brooke and Johnny Capretta and Alyssa and Tyler Risden and Ellen Becher; great-granddaughter, Harper Capretta; one brother; one step-brother and step-sister; brother-in-law, Jan Ward and his sons, Brian and Brad; sister-in-law, Billie Brendlinger and her daughters, Jessica and Samantha; and best friend of many years, Chris Cannon.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 40 years, Lesley, who passed away May 10, 2013; and brother, Donald Brendlinger.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be at Fairmount Memorial Park.
