Kenneth Kibler

December 20, 1945 — April 17, 2011

Kenneth Charles Kibler, age 65 of Alliance, went peacefully to the Lord at home on April 17, 2011. He was born on December 20, 1945 in Fairhope, Ohio to parents Duane and Mary Kathryn (Hartman) Kibler. He graduated from Louisville Senior High in Louisville, Ohio. He went on to become a Journeyman Electrician and member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 540. He married his wife, Rebecca Lynn Moore from Gnadenhutten, on July 31, 1965. Ken was extremely talented in appliance repair, mechanics and problem-solving. He could fix anything and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed fishing, playing tennis, ping pong, and cards, flying Ultra lights, building hobby remote-controlled airplanes and spending time with his family. He was an extremely devoted son, husband, father, son and grandfather. He loyally served as the primary caregiver to his wife as she was afflicted with Multiple Sclerosis until she passed away on February 13, 2004. Ken is survived by his sons, Andrew L. (Rebeccah) Kibler of Louisville, Ohio; Stephen Duane (Sheri) Kibler of Paris, Ohio; daughter Karey Rebecca (William) Fisher of Rock Hill, South Carolina; mother-in-law Mrs. Ralph J. Moore of Gnadenhutten, Ohio; grandchildren Sarah and Sonia Clemens of Rock Hill, South Carolina, and Nolan Michael and Andersen Rebecca of Paris, Ohio, Nathaniel and Joe of Louisville, Ohio and two great-grandchildren; brothers Richard and David Kibler both of Alliance; brother-in-law Brian C. Bickel of Alliance; sister Ellen Bickel of Alliance. He is preceded in death by his wife, father, mother, father-in-law Ralph J. Moore, and beloved brother Jerry Kibler. Private services for immediate family only will be held. Any flowers or remembrances may be sent to 6945 Parks Ave NE, Alliance, Ohio 44601.
