Larry Donaldson

Lawrence "Larry" Donaldson, 74, of Alliance, passed from this Earth on July 18, 2023. Larry was born on December 22, 1948, to Shane Donaldson and Alice Flanary.

He graduated from Alliance High School in 1966. Larry retired from his 37-year career at the US Postal Service in 2005. He will forever be remembered for his ability to brighten every room he entered with his sense of humor, charming wit, tremendous love for his family, and most importantly, his devotion to the Lord.

Larry was preceded in death by his father and is survived by his mother, Alice. He also leaves behind his loving wife of 55 years, Debbie (Moser); his children, Laura (John) Briden, Matthew (Megan) Donaldson, and Jodie Donaldson; his grandchildren, Katie Kennedy, Megan Donaldson, Anna Donaldson, and Jacob Donaldson; his brothers, Fred (Marsha) Donaldson and Bill (Chris) Donaldson; as well as many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held for Larry at Alliance Friends Church, 1307 W State St, Alliance, OH 44601, on Saturday, August 5th, at 1:00 P.M.
