Lawrence E. "Pete" Moore, age 73, of Alliance, died at 9:47 a.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at Alliance Community Hospital.
He was born December 12, 1934, in Mogodore, Ohio, to William Edward and Hazel K. (Walker) Moore and lived in Alliance having recently lived in Seville, Ohio.
Lawrence considered Eric Thoman of Central Baptist Mission Center, his pastor.
He was a sanitation worker for Muellers, and worked for Nabisco/Kraft.
Survivors include R. Mark (Lynn) Moore of Damascus, Glenn T. (Horticia) Moore of Newland, NC, Judith S. (David) Liskey Jr. of Hartville, Barbara J. (Steven) Lance of Akron; eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way; sister, Helen K. Swaney of Akron and aunt, Margaret Walker of Ellet.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother William M. Moore.
Private family services will be held.
