Leodis R. Young Jr

Leodis Raylee Young, Jr., age 67, of Alliance, passed away at 6:01 p.m. on Friday, July 20, 2018 at Aultman Compassionate Care Center.
He was born July 22, 1950 in Alliance, Ohio, to Leodis, Sr. and Ruby Mae (Wright) Young.
A graduate of Alliance High School, Leodis retired from GNW Aluminum Inc. in 2016 where he worked as a shipping supervisor.
He was an avid golfer, a skilled woodworker and enjoyed taking care of his lawn. Most of all, Leodis loved his family and cherished his time spent with them.
Survivors include his wife, Hattie 'Jean' (Dulaney) Young, whom he married July 1, 1995; children, Leodis (Wanda) Young III, Stacey (Kevin) Harris, Nathan (Sabrina) Young, Mosi (Ana) Dulaney, Gentry Brabson and Marcus Menendez; sister, Cornelia (Melvin) Waiters; ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family will have a private Celebration of Life service at a later date.
