Leonard Stein age 90 of Alliance died at 2:05 a.m. Saturday March 6, 2004 at Community Care Center.
He was born June 10, 1913 in Cleveland, Ohio to Harry and Rebecca Simberg Stein.
Mr. Stein lived in Alliance since 1992 after moving from California where he resided for 32 years. A graduate of Akron public schools, he was employed as a taxi cab driver in Cleveland until 1962.
Mr. Stein is survived by one daughter Doreen Gordin of Arizona, his niece Joan Barnes of Beloit, in addition to other nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Betty Virginia (Shenton) Stein, whom he married September 9, 1950, and who died September 9, 1992, one brother Melvin Stein, and one sister-in-law, Mildred L. Zeigler.
No Services will be held.
