Lesley Brendlinger, age 60, of Sebring, passed away at 5:20 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2013 at her home, with her family by her side.
She was born November 1, 1952, in Alliance, Ohio to Edward and Myrtle (Rawson) Ward and was a life-long resident of the area.
A 1970 graduate of Alliance High School, Lesley worked at many retail stores, K-Mart and Sears and retired from the Alliance Bureau of Collections.
She enjoyed her grandchildren's sports, playing the lottery and being with her family. Her pets, Cocoa, Lion and Smokey, also gave her great joy.
Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Keith; two daughters, Jenny (Johnny) Capretta and Jody (Jeremy) Becher; brother, Jan Ward; five grandchildren, Brittani, Brooke, and Johnny Capretta and Alyssa and Tyler Risden; her uncle Bob and Aunt Marilyn Allcorn of Minnesota and Uncle Jack and Aunt Pauline Ward; her special cousin and best friend Connie Weaver and Jack Weaver; nephews Brad and Brian Ward, John (Monika) and Doug (Ashley) Weaver; and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be at noon, Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Friends may call two hours prior to the service.
Interment will be at Fairmount Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family for their discretion.
