Lillian Francis (Mueller) Quillman, age 80, of Alliance, died at 10:47 a.m. Monday, March 12, 2012, at Aultman Hospital.
She was born April 7, 1931, in Alliance, to Carl T. Mueller and Fanny L. (Smith) Mueller.
A 1948 graduate of Alliance High School, Lillian worked at First National Bank, Genie Company, (formerly Alliance Manufacturing) retiring in August of 1994 after 29 years of service. After retirement, she was a greeter for 11 years at Walmart. She was a member of the Sanhi Club for more than 60 years.
Lillian was a member of Bolton United Methodist Church where she was active in the church choir, United Methodist Women and also was part-time organist.
Survivors include her husband, Richard D. Quillman, of Alliance, whom she married July 3, 1953; two daughters, Shelley (Guy) Aumend and Sheri (Ralph) Freeman, both of Alliance; sister, Kathleen Ruth Waltz of Louisville; brother, Richard W. Mueller of Alliance; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Lillian was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Debra Rae Quillman; brother, Paul A. Mueller; and sister, Mary Wilhelm.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 16, 2012, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. David Bloor officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Entombment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bolton United Methodist Church, 14670 Gaskill Drive NE., Alliance, Ohio 44601.
