Linda Wiggs, age 69, of Uniontown, Ohio went home to be with the Lord at Justin T. Rogers Hospice on March 13, 2010.
She was born February 5, 1941 in Alliance, Ohio to Edwin and Esther (Davies) Clapsaddle. She was a graduate of Alliance High School.
She was a very loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her family and dearly loved her grandchildren and she loved the Lord with all her heart.
She is survived by her best friend, granddaughter and caregiver, Amy (Pat) Ternosky; daughters, Laura (Leonard) Roberts of Akron and Stephanie (Chris) Yamsek of Strongsville; a brother, Edwin (Joyce) Clapsaddle of Alliance; sisters, Joyce (Fred) Taylor of Alliance and Ann (John) Marshall of Clearwater, Florida; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Esther Clapsaddle; and her nephew, Jeffrey Pittman.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Jim McCurdy officiating. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
