Lois E. Arnold, age 94, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away June 11, 2014, in Pembroke Pines, FL.
Lois was born and raised in Alliance, Ohio, to parents Myrtle and Edgar Johnson. Her brother, Clarence Johnson of Beachwood preceded her in death.
Lois graduated from Alliance High School in 1938 and attended Alliance Business College. She was married March 11, 1944, to Arnie Arnold, of Cleveland, OH, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her loving son and daughter, David (Joanne) Arnold of Cooper City, FL, and Kathryn (Michael) Kenny of Boca Raton, FL; and grandchildren, Benjamin (Kristin) Arnold, Pamela Arnold and Richard (Susan) Kenny.
Lois lived her life to the fullest and had many passions, first and foremost being her family. She loved to do handwork and sew and was a seamstress after she retired from banking in 1985.
We love you Mother and Nanny, and we will miss you from the bottom of our hearts.
Services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at Cassaday-Turkle Christian Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. David Bloor officiating. Calling hours will be held the hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
