Lois Y. Laubert

Lois Y. Laubert, age 83, of Alliance, passed away peacefully at Mercy Medical Center with her family by her side on Saturday August 29, 2020.

She was born May 11, 1937 in Alliance, Ohio to Arthur E. and Helen M. (Kommel) Baith.

Lois was a 1955 graduate of Alliance High School and was employed as a school bus driver for the Marlington School District until her retirement.

She was a former member of Lexington United Methodist Church.

Lois liked to sew, crochet and play cards. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Those left to cherish her memory are daughters, Linda (Jeff) Mandusky and Susan Austin; son, David Laubert; grandson, Jeff Austin; brother, Richard D. Baith; sisters, Kay (James) McKinley and Deborah Baith; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Carol Diane Evans; brother, Arthur “Bud” Baith; nephew, Eric Bishop; and a great-nephew, Austin Bishop.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Wednesday, September 2nd at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Friends may call from 4-6 PM prior to the service.
