Lola M Longobardi

Lola Mae (Pierson) Longobardi, age 69, of Alliance, passed away at 1 a.m., Monday, December 1, 2014, at Altercare of Alliance.

She was born April 12, 1945, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, to Juanita (Pierson) Berry.
Lola was a 1964 graduate of Alliance High School. She was formerly employed by Alliance Manufacturing and later retired as a manager at ABCD Taxi Company in Alliance.
Lola enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her family. She also liked working in her garden, canning vegetables, playing Bingo, gambling and visiting her aunt in Parkersburg.
Survivors include her husband, John J. Longobardi of Alliance, whom she married May 21, 1964; son, Todd (Melanie) Longobardi of Alliance; daughter, Jacqueline Longobardi of Alliance; five grandchildren, Jaydan McLendon, Zoe Longobardi, Dominick Longobardi, Vincent Longobardi and Dallis Ford, all of Alliance; brother, James Pete Berry of Alliance; two sisters, Laura (Todd) Jeffers of West Virginia, and Penny (Gary) Dewell of Colorado; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and best friend, Lynn Huff.

She was preceded in death by her mother and maternal grandparents, Russell and Flora Mae Pierson.
