Loretta May Natale, age 77 of Alliance, died at 8:25 a.m. Jan. 24, 2006 at her home.
She was born Dec. 28, 1928 in Kent City, Michigan to Lawrence and Lora (Gier) Silsby and lived in Alliance since 1950.
Mrs. Natale retired from Pisanello's after working as a Cook.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and former member of the Roma Club and Carnation City CB Club. She was an avid bingo player and loved to fish.
Survivors include three daughters, Christine D. Natale of Alliance, Dianna M. (Robert) Penny of Atwater, and Anna V. Natale of Ravenna; eight grandchildren, Robert, Stephanie, Bridget, Steven, Amanda, Jason, Jordan and Allen; five great-grandchildren, Logan, Sonya, Jenna, Ethan and Aiden; one brother, Arlene (Fanny) Silsby of Seagoville, Texas; many nieces and nephews and special friend Norman Munnal Jr.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joseph Natale, whom she married Sept. 9, 1950, and who in died Jan. 1981; sons, Joseph S., Lawrence P. and Thomas G; granddaughter, Tabetha Penny, one brother and two sisters.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Hindel of the Community Bible Church in Rootstown officiating. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, and one hour prior to the service. A Catholic vigil service will be held at 6:45 pm Wednesday. Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
