Louis Daniel Rouse, age 85 of Alliance, died at 10:30 p.m. March 4, 2005 at McCrea Manor.
He was born March 19, 1919 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to Albert and Eva (Hill) Rouse and lived in West Virginia from 1958 until 1992 when he returned to Alliance.
Mr. Rouse retired as a press operator at Eagles in Wellsburg, West Virginia and was formerly employed at Gem Clay while living in Alliance. He attended the First Assembly of God in Alliance.
Survivors include one sister, Mary Scott of Alliance, one brother Joe Rouse of Alliance and several nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Edna Richards Burns whom he married in 1948, three brothers Charles Rouse, Tom Rouse, and Albert Rouse.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday March 8, 2005 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Kadesh Cemetery in Beech Bottom, West Virginia.
