Lucy Brock Bunn age 73 of Alliance, died at 1:25 a.m. Friday August 6, 2004 at Altercare of Alliance.
Mrs. Bunn was born June 17, 1931 in Elmont, Virginia to Frasia Harrison and Julia (Clarke) Brock. She graduated from high school in Virginia and has lived in Alliance since 1970. She was the co-owner of Bill Bunn Agency in Alliance until her retirement in 1988.
Lucy was a member of the American Anglican Fellowship of Ravenna and also a founding member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Canton. She was a member of Garden Club where she was a past president, a former member of the Alliance Country Club and was a member of the Independent Insurance Agent Association of Ohio.
Survivors include two sons, William and Leslie Bunn of Cincinnati, Bruce and Cindy Bunn of Alliance; Grandchildren, Bruce Jr., Kristen, Brian, Tim, Alyssa, Shannon and Tyler; one great grandson Bruce III; two sisters Mary Roberts, Barbara Taylor, one brother Frasia Brock, all of Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William in 1996 and son Stephen in 2003.
Services will be held at St. Mark's Episcopal Church at 5 p.m. Tuesday with The Rev. Dr. Carey Sloan III officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at St. Mark's Episcopal Church columbarium.
